摘要
21世纪是全球化知识经济的时代,本文在正确分析山西水资源现状的前提下,按照知识经济的含义,提出了知识经济条件下山西水资源的新观点。
The 21st century is a new era of the knowledge-based economy.This paper analyses the present condition of Shanxi water resources,introduces the meanings of the knowledge-based economy,then brings up the standpoint of Shanxi water resources in the knowledge-based economy.
