摘要
职业教育的基本功能在于消除从业者职业素质供求上的差异。职业培训在人力资源开发中具有与职业学校教育同等重要和不可相互替代的作用。但教育实践中却存在着重职前教育轻职后教育、重职业学校教育轻职业培训、重学历证书轻职业资格证书和实际职业能力的偏向。必须转变人才和教育观念,进行人力资源资格认证体系创新,提高培训服务意识和质量,加大政府宏观调控力度,以推进我国职业培训事业在新形势下健康发展。
The basic function of vocational education is to eliminate the differ ences between supply and demand of employees' quality.The vocational training an d vocational school education are the same important and cannot be substituted e ach other in the development of human resources.But in the educational practice, there is the tendency to emphasize pre-job training,vocational school education and academic credentials but neglect the later training,vocational training and vocational credentials and practical vocational ability.We must transform the t hought about talents and education,bring forth new ideas in the authentication s ystem of human resources qualifications,improve consciousness and quality of tra ining service,and strengthen government macro control in order to advance the he althy development of the vocational training in the new situation.
