摘要
首先将中国上市公司经营状况划分为6种状态,然后使用Markov方法建立了一个预测中国现有上市公司未来经营状况的分析模型,利用此模型对中国现有上市公司经营状况的演化和发展情况进行了科学地分析和预测,对研究我国的证券市场,规范证券市场管理有一定的参考价值。
This paper divides the management state of Chinese listed company into six kinds of states.A predictive model using the Markov method for forecasting the management state of Chinese listed company is set up.We utilize the model to analyze and predict evolution and development of management state of the listed company,which will have reference value for studying security market and standardizing management of the security market in ourcountry.
