摘要
针对企业目前在实施PDM过程中存在的对原有产品图纸进行有效管理的问题,分析了对原有产品图纸提取管理信息时所应考虑的问题,讨论了信息自动提取工具应具备的功能,阐述了其设计方法和实现技术。在此基础上建立了信息提取工具的开发模型和设计流程。该工具不仅可大大缩短产品的设计周期,同时保证了设计报表的准确性,并可对设计完成的产品结构配置信息进行有效地检查。
The paper analyses some problems that should be considered during extracting management information from the original product drawings for some effective management problems of the original product drawings during carrying out PDM and EDM in some enterprises now. It discusses some functions owned in information autoextracting tool and states its design method and running technology. And then a development model and design flow of information autoextracting tool is set up. It not only shortens product design period greatly but also guarantees design form accuracy and checks product structure setting information finished effectively.
