摘要
用阳离子、阴离子交换树脂和大孔吸附树脂吸附红曲霉发酵液,然后用95%乙醇洗脱,结果表明,弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D380对红曲霉发酵液中红曲红色素的吸附能力最强,最大吸附量达52U/g,但难以用乙醇洗脱;大孔吸附树脂的平均吸附量为35U/g,但不能将色素液中的红色素和黄色素分开;弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301R可用于分离红曲黄色素;弱酸性阳离子交换树脂110H对发酵液中红曲红色素的吸附量为21.6U/g,洗脱量为13.0U/g,洗脱率为65%,是供试树脂中分离红曲红色素效果最佳的树脂。
Monascus pig ments in fermentation broth was absorbed by acidic resin,basic resin and macroporous adsorbents,then the resin were washed with ethanol.The results showed that weakly basic resin D380absorbed the hig hest volume of red monascus pig ments,52U/g ,but it is difficult to elute it.The averag e volume of adsorption onto macroporous adsorbent g roup was 35U/g ,but they could not separate red or yellow pig ment from filter.Weakly basic resin D301R was the optimal resin to separate yellow pig ments;weakly acidic resin110H was the optimal resin to separate red pig ments,its absorption volume was 21.6U/g ,elution volume was 13.0U/g ,the percentag e of the pig ment eluted was 65%.
