摘要
以天青石为原料 ,硫酸铵作为抑制剂抑制硫酸钡转化 ,免除传统除钡工序 ,得到纯度为 97%的碳酸锶产品。在此基础上与硫酸除杂相结合 ,通过调整工艺参数 ,增添絮凝剂 ,可得到纯度大于 99% ,钡离子去除率达 95 %的高纯度碳酸锶 ,而且不会向溶液中引入其它杂质。
With (NH 4) 2SO 4 as a agent to inhibit the conversion of barium sulfate, 97 % SrCO 3 was obtained without traditional barium removal process. Combined with impurity removal by sulfuric acid,SrCO 3 of high purity (wt>99 %) was achieved,and the barium removal reached 95 % through controlling the process parameters and adding other flocculants.Other residual ions could not go into the solution of strontium nitrate.The technique meets the requirement of clean production.
