摘要
随着经济全球一体化步伐的加快,人民币已经实现了在经常项目下的可自由兑换,资本项目下的自由兑换问题也越来越成为人们关注的热点之一。人民币完全自由兑换能给我国带来哪些利益,目前是否具备完全自由兑换的条件,本文试就这些问题谈些粗浅的认识,以期积极稳妥地推进人民币资本项目的自由兑换。
With the quick development of economic globalization, RMB has been convertible in current items. Then its convertibility in capital items is becoming a hot issue. But what can we benefit from the convertibility of RMB? Is it possible for RMB to meet the conditions of the convertibility of RMB in capital items at present? There are some rough ideas about the above questions in this article and I wish it might contribute a little to the convertibility of RMB in capital items.
