摘要
研究了BaTiO_3粉体的介电性。以硬脂酸为溶剂,用sol—gel法制备BaTiO_3粉体。在不同的焙烧温度下,得到的粉体的粒径从20~100nm.。进一步将粉体烧结、电极化,制备成陶瓷电极,利用交流阻抗分析仪(HP4294A),测定其电容值。随着粒径的变化,介电性质也随之变化。
In this paper, the dielectric properties of BaTiO3 powder was studied .The BaTiO3 powder was perpared by a sol - gel technique using stearic acid as solvent. Under the different annealing temperature, the powder grain sizes were from 20 nm to 100 nm.Then the ceramic samples were prepared by electroding the sintered discs with silver paint.The dielectric constant(εr) of the bulk ceramics (200 ~ 150 000Hz) is detected by an alternating current impedance analysis apparatus (HP-4294A) .With the change of the grain size,the dielectric properties changed.
