竖井保安矿柱回采落矿控制爆破试验研究

摘要 针对保安矿柱的回采,采取了控制爆破技术措施,在采场爆破过程中,由于爆破单响药量得以控制,爆破所产生的空气冲击波和地震波未对竖井及运输大巷造成任何影响;同时,由于采取了控制爆破技术措施,采场回采爆破作业后,采场顶板及上下盘围岩均非常完整,采场安全性得以大幅度提高,采场大多不需进一步支护,爆破下的矿石块度均匀,二次破碎量较小,采场出矿效率大大提高。 Aims at the stopping of the protecting pillar, controlled blasting has been adopted as a technique measure. In the process of mining field blasting, blast wave and earthquake wave produced by the explosion didn't make impacts on the shaft and haulage roadway. Meanwhile, after the stopping explosion operation of the mining field, mining roof, hanging bottom surrounding rocks are very perfect. The safety of the mining field has been promoted dramatically. Most of the mining field need not to support further more. The lumpiness of the blasted ore is uniform. Second breaking is small. Efficiency of extracted are tonnage has been improved greatly.
