摘要
叙述了LB型高温变换催化剂的工业生产和在中原大化集团公司应用时的升温还原及运行情况。应用结果表明,该催化剂引入铜化合物和稀土元素后,具有优良的催化活性及良好的机械强度,可替代进口催化剂,以满足低汽气比节能型合成氨工艺的需要。
Preparation and commercial application of LB low steam/gas high temperature shift (HTS) catalyst were described. The results showed that the catalyst, doping with copper compound and rare earth, exhibited excellent activity and mechanical strength and meet the requirement of low steam/gas energy-saving ammonia process.
