摘要 主要对多孔 β TCP生物陶瓷在体内降解过程进行研究。首先 ,人为造成兔股骨髁部骨腔洞 ,建立骨缺损模型 ,将自制 β TCP多孔陶瓷植入 ,然后定期处死、取材 ,并综合运用扫描电镜观察(SEM)、HE染色和甲苯胺蓝染色 (toluidinebluestaining ,TBS)等测试手段 ,对材料植入区进行研究 ,试图探明 β TCP多孔陶瓷修复骨缺损时的降解机理。 This paper was devoted to the study of the biodegradation process in vivo of porous β-TCP bioceramics.To start with making bone lacuna artificially in rabbits' condyles,setting up bone defect model,and implanting home made porous β TCP,then rabbits were killed every month and condyles,including material,were taken out.By means of the test methods,such as SEM,HE and TBS,an in depth study went along with the materials in order to make certain of the degradation mechanism during the reparation of bone defect by porous β TCP ceramics.
