同其它采油方式相比,螺杆泵在开采高粘度、高合砂和含气量较大的原油时,有其独特的优点,目前在各个油田已得到广泛的应用。螺杆泵工作时,杆柱不但受到拉应力,而且受到剪应力。如果设计不当或使用中监测不力,螺杆泵很容易发生故障。经过详细分析,总结了螺杆泵常见的8种故障的诊断方法及其预防措施。
Compared with other production ways, the screw pump has specific advantages in the production for crew oil of high viscosity , high sand and gas content which make it further application in every oilfields at present. When screw pump works, the stem can not only influence by the force of tension stress but also the shearing stress which makes it to be failure easily if the design is not good or monitor is poor. By the full analysis of it, the paper concludes 8 types of failure diagnose and prevention measure.
