Mechanism and Detection of Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion

摘要 生物膜在自然界无处不在,但生物膜造成的腐蚀却基本上被忽略。综述了微生物尤其是硫酸盐还原菌的腐蚀机理,并对微生物腐蚀研究方法做了简单介绍,以期对火电厂微生物腐蚀的研究工作有一定的帮助。 Biofilm is ubiquitous in nature. However, corrosion caused by boifilm has still been overlooked. The corrosion mechanism of microbe,especially sulfatereducing bacteria was summarized. Various electrochemical detection methods for microbical corrosion (MIC) were reviewed and the MIC in circulating cooling system was expatiated. Moreover, from the regard of the water conservation and lowering of operation cost the concentration rate of the cooling water becomes more higher, which results in deterioration of cooling water quality and the MIC tendency is more larger. Study in this field has theoretical and practical meanings.
