介绍了目前新一代测试系统软件结构的特点、组成和接口关系,为测试系统的标准化、模块化和测试软件的开发提供参考。
The technical characters, construction and interface relation of new generation test system software structure are presented in this paper. That offered a reference for the test system standardization, modularization and design of test software.
