摘要
在30只大鼠实验中,用自体股静脉或坐骨神经段桥接60根坐骨神经的缺损。术后15、30、60天,先后检测腓肠肌、比目鱼肌肌肉收缩力,再生轴索通过率、直径,并应用电子显微镜观察神经再生超微结构。术后60天,静脉桥接组和神经桥接组均有良好功能恢复,两组间的各项数据差异均并不显著。作者等认为,自体静脉是一种良好的移植体,应能应用于修复周围神经损伤。
Autolgoous vein/scia- tic nerve segments were used as auto garafts fo bridge the gaps between severed ends of 60 sciatic nerves in 30 Wistar rats.Nerve axons regeneration in these grafts were assessed 15,30 and 60 days after operation with the following observation items as criteria. i.e.contraction force of Musculi Gastroenemius and Soleus,as Well as the diameter,rate of crossing-over and ultrastructure of regenerating,axo- ns.Two months after operation both the sciatic nerve-graft group and the vein-graft group gained satisf- actory functional recovery;the dif- ferences of criteria data between the two groups were statistically insign- ificant.In the authors'opinion, autologous veins ought to be good gra- fts for use in peripheral nerve repa- iring.
