对用改变系统压力和旋转调整螺杆 2种计算Ay 的方法进行分析 ,探讨了其适用性、局限性以及需注意的问题 ,提出了在线提跳考察A值可靠性的方法及为减少泄放损失采用的封挡安全阀排放口侧的措施。定义了安全阀加载参数K ,并给出了在适当条件下测算安全阀有关加载特性参数A、K及Ay
Two methods of calculating the value A y by changing system pressure and rotating the adjusting screw were analysed,which were presented in the literature concerned,and discussed its applicability,limitation and some problems worth noticed A way to test the reliability of A by on line lifting and opening and a measure to seal partially safety valve outlet to reduce the release loss was foune The loading parameter K of safety valve was definecl,and several methods of calculating the loading characteristic parameters A , K ?and A y were given It will be of practical value on promoting and popularizing on line testing technique
