摘要
对聚晶立方氮化硼 (PCBN )复合片在无心磨床上进行外圆加工的夹具作了设计 ,对金刚石砂轮的修整方法进行了一些摸索 ;针对金刚石砂轮磨削聚晶立方氮化硼 (PCBN)复合片时出现的非正常现象 ,提出了相应的对策。
The jig used for cylindrical machining of Cubic Boron Nitride Polycrystalline Composite (PCBN) in the centerless grinding machine is designed and some dressing methods for diamond grinding wheel is tested in the study. Some relevant measures for non-normal phenomena occuring in the process of grinding PCBN with grinding wheel are pointed out.
