摘要
概述了洞庭湖区自然、社会经济条件,资源优势和产业现状,分析了目前产业存在的问题,并设想了退田还湖后将有可能出现的新问题,在此基础上着重论述了湖区产业结构调整的构想:发挥资源优势,立足现有产业,顺应退田还湖后的新形势,重点发展工业原料林和林产品加工业、草食牲畜养殖业、水产水禽养殖业、农业产业化以及服务业。
This paper summarizes the condition of nature and social-economy,the superiority of the resources and the status of the industrial structure in DongTing lake area,firstly.Secondly,the paper analyses the problem of industrial structure,and,predicts the new problem of restoring lake from farmland.Finally,it mainly discusses some views on industrial structure adjustment,that is taking the advantage of re-sources and developing the forest base and forest processing industy,herbivorous animal husbandry,aquaclture,farming industrilization and service in order to go with new intendency of restoring lake form farmland.
