摘要
云南省马铃薯主要储存的是春播秋收块茎,基本储存在农户家中。储存基础设施落后和储存技术的缺乏,在商品马铃薯的储存过程中,由于块茎发芽,块茎破损,病害腐烂,虫害造成损失率估计达到30%,而且商品薯与种薯混储,导致马铃薯种薯的质量降低。通过调查云南省农村马铃薯储存的各种方式,分析了云南马铃薯储存的自然环境因素、提出了利用云南有利的条件改善马铃薯的基础设施,低成本储存的策略。
The potatoes harvested in autumn were mainly stored by farmers in Yunnan province.The loss of ware potato was about 30?%,which were caused by tuber sprout, damage, diseases rot and pest in the storage for lack of the basic installation and storing technology.Also the lower quality of seed potatoes was observed as the seed potatoes and commercially used potatoes were stored together.The storing methods of low cost were suggested based on investigation of storage status and analysis of nature conditions in Yunnan.
