摘要
采用药膜法测定了7类10种杀虫剂对潜蝇姬小蜂成虫的毒性。结果表明:①巴丹、甲胺磷、爱福丁、7051杀虫素、天王星对成虫的毒性较高,24h的死亡率均达100%,并且反应较快,击倒力强;害极灭、康复多次之;而灭蝇胺、印楝、卡死克对成虫较为安全;②阿维菌素类杀虫剂对潜蝇姬小蜂成虫的毒性存在较大的差异。其中,爱福丁毒性最高,7051杀虫素次之,害极灭相对较低;③植物源杀虫剂和昆虫生长调节剂对潜蝇姬小蜂成虫较为安全,可协调应用于斑潜蝇的综合治理中,如印楝、灭蝇胺。
The toxicity of insecticides to adults of Diglyphus isaea was assayed by residual film in laboratory. The results showed as follows:(1)Cartap,ethamidophos,aifuding,7051 insecticide and bifenthrin were high touch toxicity to the adults,the mortality were 100?%in 24h,and Azadirachtin,flufenoxuron and cyromazine were relatively safe to the adults.(2)The different products of Avermectin had different toxicity to D.isaea.For example,of Avermectin insecticides,aifuding was highly toxic and agrimec was slightly toxic.(3)Bioinsecticides can coordinate with D.isaea in IPM of leafminer,such as cyromazine and azadirachtin.
