摘要
用红外技术与导热反问题计算及计算机技术相结合的方法 ,对三维平板形设备 ,在已知内壁温度的条件下 ,对其内壁缺陷进行了定量计算。利用红外热像仪获取内壁形状未知设备的外壁温度场 ,将其作为强制边界条件 ,结合传热反问题计算 ,从数学上成功的推导出了该形状内壁曲面的普适方程 ,从而确定缺陷的位置及尺寸 ,并从理论上证明了该方法的可行性。给出的数学方法具有普适性 。
This paper aims at studying the defects in the inner wall of three-dimensional plane slab equipment under the condition of the given temperature of the inner wall by combining infrared technique and inverse heat conduction calculation and computerized axial technique. The general analytic equation of inner surface is given based on the exposed surfaces temperature data obtained by scanning, which is as an extra bounder condition in the inverse solution to find inner boundary geometry,From which one can determine the size and position of defects. The feasibility of the method is proved also. It is a diagnosing foundation for this kind of equipment and it can be applied to other situations when the second or the third conditions are prescribed along the inner boundary.
