摘要
针对冬季天然气输气过程中须注入防冻剂 ,以及气波制冷天然气脱水装置和轻油回收装置的操作要求 ,在大量试验研究工作的基础上 ,研制出了一种新型注甲醇雾化喷射泵。该泵具有以下特点 :①不需外加动力 ;②天然气流过该泵的阻力降非常小 ;③醇雾化度高 ;④注醇量连续可调 ;⑤适用压力范围广 ;⑥结构简单 ,无任何运动部件。文中还介绍了该泵在中国油田上的实际应用情况。
Since anti-freezer must be injected during gas transmission in winter, and aiming to the operating requirements of gas dehydration units with gas wave refrigeration and light hydrocarbon recovery device, a new mist jet pump to inject methanol has been developed on the base of extensive experiments. The pump has the following advantages: 1 No outside power is needed; 2 The pressure drop is very little when gas flows through the pump; 3 The atomizing level of methanol is high; 4 The methanol injection rate can be adjusted continually; 5 The applicable pressure range is wide; 6 The configuration is simple, and no moving components. The article introduces the application of the pump in Chinese oil fields.
