摘要
采用本体接枝共聚方法,研制一种高活性PP相容剂(hppc)。研究了接枝单体组合及浓度,接枝聚合温度,引发剂用量,接枝聚合时间等条件对相容剂接枝率的影响。用于PS/PP、PP/PA树脂共混合金,研究了合金体系的力学性能、界面性能、流变性能的变化情况。结果表明:hppc性能稳定,使用方便,效果好,无气味。使用hppc的体系力学性能各指标均得到提高与改善。
a kind of highly activated PP compatilizer(hppc)is produced by adopting mass grafting co-polymerization method.It re-searches influences on compatilizer graft rate of conditions as grafted monomer and concentration,grafting co-polymerization temper-ature,initiator dosage,grafting co-polymerization time,etc.The hppc is utilized for PS/PP and PP/PA resins co-mixed alloy,and the paper researches alloy systematical changes of dynamic property,boundary performance and rheological characteristic.The result shows that the hppc is stable in property,handy to be used with good performance and odorlessness.Each index of systematical dy-namic characteristics using hppc is enhanced and improved generally.
