摘要
目的:观察化浊解毒方联合三联疗法治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:将我院2013年1月~2014年1月收治的120例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组2组,各60例。对照组给予常规三联疗法处理,观察组在此基础上加用中药化浊解毒方治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效,记录治疗前后2组患者中医症候积分的改善情况,统计不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床治疗有效率为98.33%,对照组临床有效率为78.33%,2组治疗有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者腹痛、烧心、反酸及嗳气症状积分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组腹痛、烧心、反酸及嗳气症状积分与对照组相比差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组的38.33%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胃溃疡患者的临床治疗中,为优化临床疗效,降低治疗不良反应发生率,缩短患者的症状改善时间,提倡在常规三联方案的基础上加用中药化浊解毒方。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription combined with triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods: 120 patients with gastric ulcer admitted into the hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the controlled group of two groups by random number table with 60 cases in each. The controlled group was given routine triple therapy treatment while the observation group was treated with Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription of Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The improvement of Chinese medicine symptom integrals of the two groups before and after the treatment were recorded and the incidence of adverse reactions was counted. Results: The effective rate of the treatment in the observation group was 98. 33% while of the controlled group was 78. 33% and the contrast difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); before the treatment,the contrast differences in abdominal pain,heartburn,acid reflux and belching symptom integrals of the two groups were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05); after the treatment,the abdominal pain,heartburn,acid reflux and belching symptom integrals of the observation group reduced to( 0. 91 ± 0. 33),( 0. 70 ± 0. 24),( 0. 85 ± 0. 31) and( 0. 88 ± 0. 31). Compared with those of the controlled group,there was significant difference( P < 0. 05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10. 00% which was significantly lower than 38. 33% in the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer,to optimize clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and shorten the time of the improvement of symptoms in patients,Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription of traditional Chinese medicine is advocated based on routine triple therapy.
