摘要
在WTO规则下,外资并购已逐渐成为我国企业利用外资的主要形式,外资的进入对我国的企业产生了巨大的影响。本文首先进行外资并购的行业分析,指出我国加入世贸组织后发生外资并购活动的主要场所。然后,分析外资并购我国零售商业的现状、趋势及方式。最后,从五个方面剖析外资并购对我国零售商业发展的影响。
Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with foreign capital involvement has been gradually becoming a main means of foreign capital utilization by Chinese enterprises under the rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The inflow of foreign capital has made fundamental impact on Chinese companies. This paper has at first carried out a sector study of the M&A with foreign capital involvement and pointed out the main areas of the M&A activities with foreign capital involvement after Chinas entry to the WTO. Then, it has analyzed the M&A with foreign capital involvement in Chinas retail sector in terms of current situation, trends and means. In the end, It has given an in- depth analysis of the impact of M&A with foreign capital involvement on Chinas retail sector from five aspects.
