摘要
稳定性ClO2溶液作为漂白剂,一般应用于纸浆的漂白,在现有的染整加工中尚未被广泛的应用,本文采用亚氯酸盐自氧化法,制备稳定性ClO2溶液;并将其用于纺织品的漂白,得出漂白温度、时间、有效氯含量及pH值等最佳工艺条件。
In geneal, stable ClO2 solution is used in the bleaching of paper pulp as bleaching agent. But it hasn抰 been extensively applied in dying and finishing technology. ClO2 is an efficient fabric bleaching agent. We do some experiments on influence factors of the R8's method and self the oxide method of NaClO2. Such as, temperature, acid consistency, quality percent of reacted liquid. The experiment, has reached the optimum condition of laboratory preparing two oxides stabilities chlorine. At the same time, the method that quality content of hundred fens to two ClO2 in the two oxides stabilities chlorine solution was tested with the iodine capacity method is carried on the commentary, the still selection to the stable ClO2 solution, and the correlation factor of solution stability has been carried on some analyses, including PH value of stable liquid , the minute consistency of the quality hundred of temperature and ClO2 to the stability influence dos fixed the test . The correlation factor of ClO2 bleaching knitting has done fixed research, including the temperature when bleaching and bleaches time, effective chlorine content and PH value bleached, and the optimum technology condition bleached by thing of the stable ClO2 solution
