摘要
研究探讨了以竹材加工剩余物粉炭、淀粉为原料制造棒 (块 )状成型炭的工艺过程和成型条件。该成型炭燃烧热值达到 2 80 0 0 J· g-1以上 ,灰分含量在 5 %以内 ,成型工艺简单 ,具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益。
This paper studied and discussed the technological process and moulding condition of long (lump) moulding charcoal with biological substance and starch.The moulding charcoal's calorific value beyond 28 000 J·g -1 and ashes contents are less then 5%, and moulding technology is very simple.This makes good economical benefits, obvious social benefits and ecological benefits
