摘要
本研究以1日龄AA肉用仔鸡为实验动物,以马立克氏病强毒(vMDV)人工感染后,白细胞介素 2(IL 2)和淋巴细胞增殖的变化。结果表明,同健康雏鸡相比,脾T淋巴细胞IL 2诱生活性和T淋巴细胞增殖反应降低(P>0 05)和显著降低(P<0 05)。MD发病率35 0%,死亡率12 5%。
After 1\|day\|old AA broilers were infected with Virulent Marek's disease virus, Compared with the control group(B group).IL\|2 inductive activity and T lymphocyte proliferative reaction were decreased(\%P\%>005)or significantly decreasedvMDV. The morbidity and mortality rates for MD were 350% and 125%.
