摘要
植物与昆虫有密切的协同进化关系,本实验以桃蚜为研究材料,研究了烟碱对桃蚜生长发育的影响。实验结果表明,不同浓度的烟碱对桃蚜的存活率和生长速率的影响程度有一定的差异,桃蚜较能忍受低浓度含量(0 1%)的烟碱,而高浓度含量(0 4%)的烟碱对其生长发育有强烈的影响,随着烟碱含量的增加,对桃蚜的影响作用亦随之而增加,即存在着浓度效应。
There is a close coevolationary relationship between plant and insects.This research chose \%Myzus persicae \% and nicotine as materials,and tested influence of nicotine on growth and development of \%Myzus persicae\%.The results showed that \%Myzus persicae\% can tolerate low density(01%)nicotine,while the high density nicotine(04%) has strong effect on \%Myzus persicae\%,and the effect will be reinforced with the increase of the nicotine density.
