摘要
介绍锦州 9- 3工程厚壁压力容器的焊接质量控制系统和制造过程中焊接质量的控制措施。生产实际运行证明 ,该压力容器焊接质量可靠 ,各项参数均满足技术要求 ,对今后类似压力容器焊接质量的控制有一定的指导作用。
The paper introduces detailed quality control system and control measures of the thick wall pressure vessel during manufacturing. The practical operation shows that the welding quality fulfills technical requirements, and provides some experiences for reference to the welding quality control of thick wall pressure vessel manufacturing.
