摘要
反思了我国当前大尺度城市设计、实践对日常生活的忽视及其存在的普遍问题 ,归纳出存在着技术的纯粹性、形式的均衡性、思维的静态性等现象 ,并分析了其理论渊源 ,论述了日常生活空间的哲学启示 ,提出了以“日常生活空间”为核心的城市设计思想 ,同时指出营造这种设计的几个方面 :(1)紧凑的城市形态 ;(2 )发展宁静交通、鼓励和改善自行车和步行交通环境 ;(3)适当密度的混合功能街区 ;(4 )低多层高密度城市建筑类型与街道体系的建立 ;(5 )城市场所与环境特色的营造 ;(6 )发展市民日常休闲为主的多功能、多层次的城市开放空间体系 ;(7)以政府、社区为主导的城市建设模式。
This paper reviews the problems in mega urban project design and its ignorance of daily life. It generalizes that there are technical pureness and balance in form in the process and analyses their theoretic sources. Then it states a new idea of urban design focusing on daily living space, the main aspects of which are compact city, calming transport, encouraging and improving bike and pedestrian transport, arranging well layout complex function blocks, low and multi story high density city buildings and streets, creating environment identity, citizen oriented multi functional city open space system, government and community directed construction mode.
