摘要
本文采用非稳定热传导子结构有限元方法,分析了陶瓷活塞二维非稳定温度分布.计算分析中采用迭代方法处理陶瓷材料导热系数随温度变化的非线性问题;利用计算机辅助形成微米级(μm)细小的活塞有限元网格.文中还讨论了边界条件和初始条件的处理方法.
This paper analyzes unsteady two-dimension temperature distribution of ceramic pistons with sub-structure finite element method of unsteady-state heat transfer. The iteration method is used to treat the nonlinear problem of how the ceramic material's thermal conductivity varies with temperature. The FEM meshes of the pistons are formed with the size reduced to the micron (μm) order by means of a computer. The paper also deals with some treatments for boundary and initial conditions.
