摘要
本文介绍了一种描述双燃料柴油机燃烧过程的热力学—化学反应动力学数学模型,它用含有14种化学成分的32个化学反应方程来模拟甲烷空气混合气的燃烧过程,同时还能揭示各种控制参数对双燃料柴油机性能及燃烧过程的影响程度.试验表明在较为宽广的运行范围内计算值与实测值相当一致.说明该燃烧模型能较为满意地预测双燃料柴油机的性能和排放.
In this paper, a mathematical thermodynamic-chemical reaction kinetic model with two sub-models for dual fuel engine has been developed. Using 32 chemical reaction equations which involve 14 chemical compositions, the model can simulate the combustion process of methane-air mixed gas and reveal the degree of the influence of various controlling parameters on the performance and combustion process of the engine. The predicted results show a good agreement with experimental data over a relatively wide range of operating conditions. Therefore, it is demonstrated that this model can predict the performance and emission of Dual Fuel D.I. Diesel Engines satisfactorily.
