隔热内冷汽油机燃烧、传热与热力的初步分析 被引量:1

Preliminary Analysis of Combustion, Heat Transfer and Thermodynaics in a Gasoline Engine with Thermal Insulation and Internal Cooling

摘要 本文以测定汽油机几种工况的燃烧室压力变化为基础,研究了隔热内冷汽油机对燃烧过程、传热损失及有效效率的影响.测定分析表明,与常规发动机相比燃烧过程的滞燃期缩短,压力升高率与最大燃烧压力升高,燃烧持续期缩短,而最高燃烧温度基本不变.理论计算分析表明,燃烧宣传热损失减少8%,机械效率提高2.3~2.4%,有效效率提高6.0~6.9%. Based on the measurements. of pressure histories in combustion chamber of a gasoline engine under several operating conditions, the combustion process, heat transfer and effective efficiency in the gasoline engine with thermal insulation and internal cooling were studied. Compared with the conventional engine, the ignition delay and combustion duration were reduced, pressure rise rate and peak pressure in cylinder were increased, peak combustion temperature was roughly unchanged. Calculations showed that heat loss from burning gases to chamber walls may be reduced about 8%, mechanical efficiency increased (2.3~2.4)% and effective efficiency increased (6.0~6.9)%.
