摘要
目的 :通过对福州市区的养老机构资源及利用情况的研究 ,完善社会养老机构的工作。方法 :选择福州市四个区登记在册的养老机构共 15家进行调查。结果 :福州市区养老机构规模大小不一 ,资源相对缺乏 ,入住率不高。大部分养老机构都拥有一些医疗卫生服务的功能 ,但总体差别很大。结论 :社会养老机构的发展具有潜力 ,应加强对高龄老年人的身心护理 ,提高养老机构医疗卫生服务的功能 。
Objective: To explore the resources and utilization of nursing home in order to improve to their performance. Method: To investigate 15 registered nursing home in four districts of Fuzhou. Result: The resources of the nursing home is lack relatively, but their utilization ratio is low. There are some functions of health service in a majority of the nursing home, but their ability has a great difference. Conclusion: There are potential development in the nursing home. The physical and mental care of elderly people should be enhanced, medical health services in the nursing home should be improved, they should link up with the medical institution.
