摘要
连杆大头孔重复合装的精度问题是柴油机零件制造的难点之一,本文阐述了影响此精度的因素,并对加工应力的成因进行了重点讨论,提出了工厂常用的行之有效的几种减小加工残余应力的措施。
The problem for controling the reassembled repeat accuracy of con-rod big end hole is one of the difficuties in manufacturing engine components. The paper analysed the factors that affect the accuracy mentioned and also discussed the factors that caused the machining residual stress. Some effective measures now often ised to reduce the residual stress have been put forward.
