摘要
本文在大量试验和统计分析的基础上,论述了内燃机的主要故障类型。提出了对内燃机的故障进行早期预报的经验准则和判据。并对内燃机故障诊断微机系统的实现进行了探讨。该系统经实船运行后表明,系统简单、可靠,成本低。它不仅是故障诊断专家系统的基础,而且在实际的工业领域中将得到广泛的应用。
On the bases of a great amount of test data and statistic analyses, this paper discussed the major type of faults of ICE. The empirical criteria and judgements for forcasting engine faults are presented. The realization of the microcomputer system on fault diagnosis of ICE is discussed. The on boat operating results indicated that it is simple, reliable and cost effective. It is not only the foundation of an expert system but also can be widely used in various industries.
