摘要
本文对X195柴油机机体的机加工难点之一,气缸套止口加工精度难以保证的主要影响因素——定位系统的精度和主轴的导向精度进行了较为深透的分析,提出了相应的改进措施并加以实施。实施结果:缸套止口精度得到保证并有所提高;同时,机体的整体质量也有所提高。
This paper studies one of the difficult problems in machining the cylinder liner spigot of engine block of X195 diesel engines. The accuracy of locating system and guiding system which has a great influence on the dimensional accuracy of. the spigot was examined thoroughly. The effective measures for improving the accuracy. of the systems were put forward and carried out. As a result, the dimensional accuracy; of the spigot and the quality of the engine block were improved.
