摘要
V波段 0 /π调制器采用微带 槽线耦合结构 ,通过控制并联在槽线环上的一对梁式引线肖特基二极管的工作状态 ,实现了平衡式毫米波 0~π调相器。电路不但插损很小 。
The V band 0/π modulator consists of a microstip to slotline transition, according to the status of two beam leaded Schottky barrier diodes which shunt mounted across the loop of slotline , the circuit gerenates a biphase output signal with equal amplitude. The circuit provides the low insertion loss, good phase balance and amplitude balance.
