摘要
用表面张力法研究了不同温度下β-环糊精(β-CD)与阳离子表面活性剂3-辛烷氧基-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(R_8TAC)的包结作用.发现,β-CD使R_8TAC溶液的表面张力升高,且随着浓度的增加而增大,表现临界胶束浓度(CMC)亦增大.各温度下的包结常数随温度升高、碳链增加而增大.根据Van’t Hoff方程计算了包结过程的热力学参数,证明包结过程主要来自于熵驱动.
Inclusion complexes of B-cyclodextrin (B-CD) with 3-alkoxyl-2-hydroxylpropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (R8TAC) in aqueous solutions was studied by surface tension measuement at different temperatures. At fixed concentrations of R8TAC,the surface tension increases with and increase in B-CD concentration to value of water at which it holds. The apparent critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the experimental systems vary linearly with B-CD concentration, the binding constants rise higher with the increases of temperatures and carbochain. Some thermodynamic parameters of the binding process were calculated according to Van't Hoff equation. The contributions of enthalpy and entropy to the binding process were confirmed.
