摘要
氯福安消毒剂为含氯复方消毒剂,为观察其杀灭微生物效果及腐蚀性,采用载体定量试验和金属腐蚀性试验进行了实验研究。结果,用含有效氯50mg/L对大肠杆菌、250mg/L对白色念珠菌作用5min,杀灭率均达99.9％以上;用含有效氯750mg/L对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用10min,杀灭率达99.9％以上;有效氯含量为1000mg/L作用5min,可破坏HBsAg抗原性;含有效氯1250mg/L溶液对金属无腐蚀作用;有机物对其杀菌效果有轻微影响。
Lü-Fu-An Disinfectant is a chlorine-containing compound disinfectant. In order to observe its germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness, experimental study was carried out using carrier quantitative test and metal corrosion test. The results were as follows: the killing rates of Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 50 mg / L for 5 min, Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 250 mg / L for 5 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the solution containing available chlorine 750 mg/ L for 10 min were over 99.9%; the solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/ L with a 5 min contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity; the solution containing available chlorine 1 250 mg/ L had no corrosive effect on metals; the organic substance had slight influence on its germicidal efficacy.
