摘要
介绍新型的船用多元多效灭火装置 ,自动把多种灭火剂和相应的添加剂有机地复合在一起使用 ,克服灭火剂单独使用存在的问题 ,使在施救时具有多种高效的灭火作用 ,可降低灭火的毒性和污染。试验结果表明 ,该装置可以缩短扑灭火灾时间 ,特别是对以前方法无法扑救的很多火灾也可进行高效扑救 ,明显提高了施救效率。对专用灭火装置的设计要领 ,如设计点的选择 ,关键尺寸的计算等进行了介绍 ,提供了适合不同规模火灾施救的两种样机。该装置易于形成系列产品 ,满足多种场合的灭火需要 。
A new type of equipment of fire controlling in ships based on ejector is presented. It puts different chemicals together for producing milti function of fire controlling. Many serious shortcomings with using single fire controlling chemical can be avoided, e.g., the toxicity and pollution coming from fire controlling chemicals can be reduced. The results of tests of fire controlling indicate that this equipment can put out the fire with less time, especially it can high efficiently put out the fire which cannot be stamped out by the original fire controlling methods. The keys of designing the equipment such as the selection of its design point and the calculation of main sizes are discussed. Two forms of this equipment are introduced. The national patent has been awarded to this new type of fire controlling equipment.
