叙述了利用激光与光敏三极管的定位技术对光杠杆测微小位移系统进行了改进,并介绍了该系统测量杨氏模量的方法及测量结果评定,可广泛用于实验系统中.
This article describes how to use the positional technology of laser and photistor to make an improvement in the micro\|displacement measurement system by optical lever. It also introduces a method by which the system measures Young′s modulus and the measured result evaluation. It can be widely used in the experimental system.
