摘要
由于对科技进步范畴认识的含混不清,致使很多关于科技进步贡献测算的结果差异较大以及基于此测算所提出的政策建议没有太大价值。有鉴于此,文章就有关科技进步范畴认识上几个颇有争议的问题提出了新见解,以求对问题的解决提供一些参考。
Due to the vague knowledge of the category of technological progress, there is much variance among the calculation results of the contribution brought about by technological progress and therefore the proposed policies based on such calculation is of little value. So in this paper, the authors expressed their own understanding of some heatedly disputed problems for reference in solving this problem.
