摘要
对63例溃疡病胃粘膜内幽门螺旋杆菌检查,其阳性率为60%～66%.186例溃疡病人作了血清胃泌素测定.从实验结果看,溃疡病的发病与幽门螺旋杆菌有一定关系,而与胃泌素的浓度却无肯定关系.幽门螺旋杆菌与胃泌素浓度亦无相关性.
63 cases of peptic ulcer received pathological examination for Hp,the posi- tive rate nearly 60%～66%.186 cases received the determination of serum gastrin.The re- stilts showed that there are certain relation between peptic ulcer and the evidence of Hp. While there are no definite relation between the concentration of serum gastrin.
