摘要
以小白鼠为实验动物,制成变形杆菌感染模型,分三组处理:A 组,甲硝唑治疗组;B 组,新洁尔灭治疗组;C 组,空白对照组.植菌24hA,B 组开始给药,其时全部小鼠创口均检出变形杆菌,对创面愈合过程的观察及组织学、细菌学等检查,结果表明甲硝唑治疗组在控制感染时间及愈合时间上较 B,C 组优和短.经卡方检验,其差异有高度显著性(P<0.01).
Mice infected with implanting Proteus were divided into 3 groups.After 24 hours,group A would be given by metronidazolum,group B by benzalkonium bromide and group C could be regarded as blank control.The process of wound healing were ob- served and examined by means of histological and bacteriological method.The results showed that the infection control time and the wound healing time in group A were shorter than that in group B and group C.All of the results had been tested by chi-square,that the difference were highly significant between them(P<0.01).
