摘要
本文通过饲养试验、消化代谢试验和屠宰试验等方法 ,研究大尾寒羊哺乳羔羊的能量代谢规律及需要量 ,试验证明 ,羔羊对母乳的能量消化率为 95 .5 % ,能量代谢率 (ME/GE)为 94 .6 % ,羔羊对本试验日粮能量消化率 ,少量补饲期为 80 .9% ,大量补饲期为 73.7% ,全哺乳期羔羊每千克活体增重所需净能为 6 0 2 7KJ,补饲期平均为 794 9KJ/kgLWG ,羔羊全哺乳期 ,少量补饲期 ,大量补饲期生产代谢能转化效率 (Kpf)分别为 0 .70 8,0 .5 3和 0 ,2 9,代谢能需要量为 :全哺乳期 (0~ 2 3d) MER =4 75W0 .75+1.4 1NEg(或 8.5ΔW ) ;少量补饲期 (2 3~ 5 5d)MER =4 75W0 .75+1.89NEg(或 15 .0ΔW) ;大量补饲期 (5 5~ 80d) MER =4 75W0 .75+3.4 5NEg(或 2 7.4ΔW) ;MER ,NEg:KJ ;ΔW ;g。
The digestion and metabolism experiment,feeding experiment and slaughtering tests were conducted to study the energy metabolic rule and requirement of fat-tail suckling lambs.The results showed that the energy digestibility for the milk was 95.5% ,and the energy metabolic rate was 94.6%.The energy digestibility was 80.9% in short creep feeding period and 73.7% in amount creep feeding period.The net energy requirement which was used to live gain per kilometer were 6027KJ in whole lactation period and 7949KJ in average creep feeding period. The coefficients for gain of metabolic energy(Kpf) were 0.708 in whole lactation,0.53 in short creep feeding period and 0.29 in amount creep feeding period. The total requirement of metabolizable energy for the suckling lambs can be estimated by the following equation:Whole suckling period(0-23day):MER=475W 0.75+1.41NEg(or 8.5Δw);Short creep feeding period(23-55d):MER=475W 0.75+1.89NEg(or 15.0Δw);Amount creep feeding period(55-80d):MER=475W 0.75+3.45NEg(or 27.4Δw);MER,NEg:KJ;Δw,g
