在世界一体化的大背景下,信息控制成为一切竞争的最重要砝码,谁掌握和控制的信息资源最丰富,谁就在日趋激烈的市场竞争中掌握了更多的主动权,因此,教育工作者在实施素质教育的过程中,必须强调信息控制.
Faced with the world integration, information control has become the most important weight in all competitions. The richest information resources one controls, the more initiatives one will take in the increasingly crueling market competition. For this reason, educators should place special emphasis on information control in carrying out quality-oriented education.
