摘要
学术自由与学术自律具有内在联系的哲学基础 ,二者共生并存于学术活动的生态系统中。从学术自律的角度出发 ,可对学术自由的本质得到更加深刻的认识和解读。学术自律要求学者在学术活动中张扬主体性和交互性 ,加强学术责任意识 ,强化学者的角色使命。学术自律要从学术道德和学术规范的双层维度去构建。
Academic freedom has the inherent philosophical base as well as academic sejf-discipline, so they coexist in ecological circles of academic action. It can be recognized deeply for the essence of academic freedom from the visual angle of academic self-discipline. In this point, the scholar is requested to develop the initiative and association in learning action, to strengthen the sense of responsibility as well as the scholar' s role mission. It is essential to build academic self-discipline from academic morality as well as academic standard.
