摘要
目的 :评价三维CT影像技术在颌面骨折诊断及治疗中的应用。方法 :对 18例颌面骨折患者进行三维CT和二维CT检查 ,通过外科手术验证三维CT诊断的准确性。结果 :三维CT成像能立体、精确、多方位地显示骨折部位、范围、移位、旋转、骨缺损范围等情况。结论 :三维CT对颌面部骨折后畸形的检查具有独特的诊断价值 ,同时对手术方案的制定具有指导意义 ,并能够细化手术方案。
Objective:To study the benefit of 3 dimensional computerized tomogrphy (CT) in diagnosing maxillofacial bone fractures and designing surgical plan .Method: We analyzed respectively 18 cases of maxillofacial bone fractures ,compared the results of 3 dimensional CT, ,and 2dimensional CT. Result: 3 dimensional CT could clearly demonstrate the fracture location,size,dislocation,rotation,bone defect in patients,and demonstrate the situation of fracture coalesce. Conclusion: 3 dimensional CT has special diagnostic value in severe maxillofacial bone fractures,and take an important role in surgical plan designing.
